Standard chassis dimensions from 5 to 6 m in length, 2.5 m in width, 4 m in height; weight up to 3.5 t. Meeting these criteria allows you to move the house without problems on your own. You must have a B + E driving license.
The houses are made of natural wood (Scandinavian spruce) and the trailer if made of steel. We import some materials like paints or interior finishing elements from Scandinavia. The highest quality materials from companies that are leaders in the production of their materials guarantee a very long trouble-free use.
The basic material filling the skeletal space is PUR foam injected under pressure, giving greater stability to the entire structure. On individual request, the next solution are PIR boards, mineral wool or ecological wood wool. All our solutions guarantee keeping warmth in winter and cool in hot summer.
It depends on the client's needs. The simplest and cheapest solution are electric heaters and floor heating mats. Alternatively, gas heating or a fireplace can be offered to those who love a warm and cozy atmosphere. It is also possible to install an air conditioner or an air-source heat pump.
Particular types of utilities are selected by the investor after consultation with us. The basic version with full utility range such as electricity, water and sewage connections is the cheapest and most comfortable option. All other forms, such as clean and gray water tanks, a compost or dry toilet, a gas cylinder or a completely independent off-gird version, is for an additional fee.
